We receive requests quite often from parishioners who could use a ride to Mass or to a doctor's appointment. We are hoping to get a list of volunteers from both Calvert and St. Mary's who would be willing to provide a ride to someone near them who is in need of help.
A Coordinator is also needed for this program. Contact the parish office for more information at 410-326-3535.

Beginning this year, this project is evolving into a parish run ministry! In past years, office staff arranged all the logistics of this major parish project, but now we can use your help! This year, as living costs rise, we expect that we will have more families than we have seen in recent years requesting help. That is why we need all hands on deck.
If you are able to assist with this ministry, please contact the parish office at 410-326-3535. Volunteers should be caring, compassionate, and respectful of the need for confidentiality.
We have many parishioners in our parish who are homebound due to age or health-related reasons. Sometimes they are homebound for a brief time, and sometimes it is a permanent situation. It's difficult for them to make friends, get regular social interaction, and even receive the Eucharist. Ministry to our homebound parishioners focuses on connecting them to the parish through whatever means possible. Volunteers in this ministry help to:
Learn, pray, educate, support, and care for the lives of all God's children. Help organize parish effort to support RTL.
The time commitment for this ministry varies depending on time of year and local events taking place.
